All orders are processed between Monday - Friday, and are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of the order confirmation.*

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. Shipping estimates range from 2 - 10 business days depending on your exact location and shipping preference. We do our best to deliver your BOLT as quickly as possible. However, these estimates do not take into account rare instances of unexpected customs/clearance delays on orders entering the United States.



Currently, BOLT is only available for shipping within Canada and the Contiguous United States. But we are working hard on expanding our capabilities to support orders worldwide, so stay tuned for that! If you have a question about ordering from outside Canada and the U.S., please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to chat about it!



Manufacturer Defects

BOLT is committed to quality. For BOLTs that arrive with manufacturer defects, please submit your return request to us at within 30 days of receiving your order. For confirmed manufacturer defects, we will provide a no-cost refund or exchange based on the details of your request.**

**Refunds/Exchanges on defective products are subject to Conditions made available upon the submission of your return request.

Other Returns

For other return requests, please contact us at with the details of why you'd like to return your BOLT within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defects will be honoured on a case-by-case basis, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.
